Membership is open to any of the following:
• Public School District
• Vocational-technical school
• Intermediate Unit
• Municipality as defined by the Pennyslvania Cooperation in Governmental Functions Act
• College or University
• Non-Public School
• Entity incorporated under the Pennsylvania Nonprofit Corporation Law of 1988
• Public entity of any other state of the United States
The annual membership fee is $250.00
All supply bids are surcharged 1.5% of purchases.
Natural Gas bid participants are surcharged $.10 per mcf of natural gas
Fuel Oil & Gasoline Bid participants are charged a flat fee of $150.00
